BODEX is a Polish manufacturer of semi-trailers and trailers with over 30 years’ experience. Since our inception, we have focused on durability, functionality and high-quality workmanship, supplying vehicles to customers in Poland and across many European markets.
Our history
BODEX, a trailer manufacturer based in Szczerców, began operations in 1991, at a time when the Polish trailer industry was still in its infancy. There was virtually no local competition, and foreign manufacturers were only just beginning to consider entering the Polish market. BODEX started out by refurbishing semi-trailers. Its first products were tipper semi-trailers, followed by box semi-trailers. Interest in high-quality products grew very quickly. The continuous introduction of new products and work on improving existing ones resulted in rising sales. The year 2004 brought greater opportunities for growth. During this time, the production facility expanded significantly through the construction of new production halls, warehouses, paint booths and a shot blasting facility, whilst the machine park was enhanced with modern equipment. Thanks to this, BODEX was able to produce more and of higher quality, thereby meeting new challenges.
Today, the company manufactures around 100 different types of vehicles, including tippers, moving floor trailers, low-loaders, curtain-sided trailers, flatbed trailers, tarpaulin-covered trailers, vehicle bodies, and semi-trailers for the transport of poultry, timber and containers. We supply vehicles to the following markets: Poland, Ukraine, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, as well as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova and others...
Guarantee of on-time delivery
Non-standard vehicles often require bespoke solutions, such as mechanically, hydraulically or radio-controlled steering axles. BODEX has the necessary warehouse facilities to ensure timely delivery of ordered vehicles and continuity of production. The machine park is equipped with modern production machinery, enabling the company to meet non-standard challenges.

We use parts form trusted manufacturers
The materials and components used in vehicle production are sourced from leading global manufacturers. BODEX utilises SAF and BPW axles with load capacities ranging from 9 to 12 tonnes, as well as DaimlerChrysler components. The chassis are fitted with Wabco or Knorr braking systems. The range includes a full selection of tyres and rims available on the market. Electrical systems from Hella or Aspöck with LED lights, and hydraulic cylinders from Penta, Hyva, Edbro or Binotto. Hardox and Domex steel are the primary materials used in the construction of tippers.
